Each of your projects will be fully managed by a Project Managers team. Regular project meetings will be held to ensure the project proceeds orderly according to predefined requirements.  Quality management will be integrated into every step of the project to provide real-time monitoring for the ultimate delivery of high quality.

HJ's team of Project Managers is all from Design and Toolmaking backgrounds. As such, they are expertly qualified to advise and provide technical support on all aspects of Project Management including Design for Manufacture and engineering changes.

HJ's PMs will determine the feasibility of the product’s use, design, and production wiht you. Plus, they will look for ways to optimize your costs to bring the product to market. You will have a single point of contact across businesses and any third-party suppliers or intermediaries that are involved in the project’s delivery and will work closely with you, from receipt of the PO all the way through to the production release.
