Who are we?

HJ Precision Technology Limited is a total plastic injection molding solutions provider in China . Relying on HJ’s colleagues' dedication to craftsmanship and absolute responsibility to customers, starting from the different demands of each customer to tailor-made the best mold and injection solutions.

HJ is located in Shenzhen,a core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,just a 30-minute drive from Bao’an International Airport,and is part of a one-hour living circle encompassing Hong Kong and Macao. The facility covers an area of over 32,000 square feet and employs more than 80 people, including over 30 technical staff comprising design engineers, mold flow engineers, CNC programmers, machinists, and quality inspectors.

Capabilities and equipment

HJ's strength lies in the manufacturing of medium and large-sized molds.This is thanks to the extensive experience of HJ's engineers and technical team, as well as the large-scale modern equipment we have deployed. HJ upholds a highly responsible attitude towards its customers and always puts their interests first.

HJ is equipped with modern large-scale manufacturing equipment, including high-precision CNC machines, precision EDM machines, and CMMs. The maximum mold weight reaches 20 tons, with an annual capacity exceeding 300 sets

What is more, HJ is equipped with over 30 injection molding machines configured with 5-axis robots, with injection capacities ranging from 90 to 250 tons, capable of continuous 24/7 operation.Ensure your products are delivered on time

The CNC machines accuracy is 0.015mm and stroke can reach 1580mm;
The EDM machines accuracy is: 0.02mm and stroke can reach 1470mm;
The Slow Wire machines accuracy is: 0.005mm; the CMM measurement stroke can reach 1500mm;
Precision mold can control the product tolerance within +/- 0.02 mm, and the steel tolerance is +/- 0.01 mm.
Medium and large products are controlled within +/- 0.10 mm, and steel tolerance is +/- 0.03 mm, except for critical dimensions.
