HJ was established in 2013 and is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. The facility covers an area of over 32,000 square feet and employs more than 80 people, including over 30 technical staff comprising design engineers, mold flow engineers, CNC programmers, machinists, and quality inspectors

HJ is equipped with modern large-scale manufacturing equipment, including high-precision CNC machines, precision EDM machines, and CMMs. The maximum mold weight reaches 20 tons, with an annual capacity exceeding 300 sets

What is more, HJ is equipped with over 30 injection molding machines configured with 5-axis robots, with injection capacities ranging from 90 to 250 tons, capable of continuous 24/7 operation.
