A flush driver card contains 2D & 3D mold drawings, 3D electrode data, and all the above pieces of information.
Tooling life to be (under normal usage and maintenance conditions): 800,000 shots
for full-hardened mold; 300,000 shots for per-hardened mold.
HJ follows the SPI (Society of the Plastic Industry) guidelines for tool life guarantee;
Warranty period is 12 months after delivery or above specified shots, over by first reach;
Any modification and/or repair of the original design, must be reviewed and prior to written approval by HJ.
