Yes, we do. Quote Engineer is familiar with the mold-making process and tooling design, rich experience in the field. This is a guarantee to provide customers with stable and accurate quotations.

If the part is not complex, we normally can quote, but need to mark the part size on the photo.

We will evaluate cost as per modification PPT supplied by tooling designers, and will consider free charge for slight modification.

Marketing Managers are responsible for all commercial things. Every new customer has indicated Marketing Manager.

All employees of the company have signed non-disclosure agreements. In addition, we have relevant personnel to strictly inspect the things that each employee brings out. Because the customer's product is not on the market and needs to be kept confidential, the mold and sample cannot be photographed, only the overall photo and the photo of the appearance of the mold can be taken.

★In the event of a functional failure or damage to a received mold, the Customer shall have the responsibility to report the issue to HJ, immediately upon occurrence. Please note without HJ’s consent, unauthorized treatment will ultimately affect the guarantee of tool life and the amount of claim.
